BAKERS CHOICE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 can pie filling - cherry, blueberry, etc.

Mix and beat until smooth the first 8 ingredients. Spread 2/3 of batter on 10x15 pan which has been greased and floured. Top with pie filling. Drop remainder of dough by spoonfuls over cake and pie filling. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk or more to make glaze

Pour over cake while warm.
