9" baked pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. light cream or half & half
1 env. onion-mushroom soup mix
5 slices bacon, crisp cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; reduce oven to 375 degrees. While pie crust is baking, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour into pastry shell and bake 40 minutes longer. Serve hot or cold. Makes 10 servings.
