AMARETTA HAZELNUT CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8-10 Amaretta cookie crumbs
1/2 c. chopped, toasted hazelnuts
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Butter 8 or 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with Amaretta crumbs.

Cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla. Pour over crumbs in pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes. Mix together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture on top of cheesecake. Sprinkle with Amaretta crumbs and hazelnuts. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool.

(One egg and two egg whites may be substituted for three eggs.)
