GRANMA'S GOOD ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice

Frosting:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Stir in egg, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Add sifted dry ingredients, zucchini and nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Frost when cool.
