CARAMEL BREAD | |
1 lb. frozen yeast bread dough, thawed 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Cut bread dough into 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange half of pieces in a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Combine next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spoon over dough pieces. Brush dough with melted butter. Cover; let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 1 hour or until dough has doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Yields 9 servings. |
