CALIFORNIA TUNA PLATE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) solid tuna
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, defrosted only
1 c. thick sliced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
About 1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chow mein noodles
Cashews for topping
Greens for garnish

Combine tuna, peas and celery. Cover and chill. Combine mayonnaise, lemon, curry and garlic, chill. When ready to serve mix together. Add noodles and sprinkle with nuts. Serve on greens.
