MEAT - SAUSAGE TURKEY STUFFING 
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
Bunch parsley
2 eggs
2 lbs. chopped meat
1 lb. sausage (sweet)
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. bread crumbs
Ground giblets (optional)

Break sausage in small pieces; brown until cooked. In food processor grind onion, parsley, and celery; add to sausage and cook. Brown chopped meat; drain fat and add to sausage mix. Drain off any fat.

To dry mix of bread crumbs and cheese add 2 eggs, meat mixture, and 1 cup water. With hands mix to consistency to stuff turkey.
