SWISS STEAK SAUCE 
4 gallons tomatoes, peeled
1 bunch celery
4 green peppers
6 med. onions
1/2 c. salt

Boil until tender or 1 hour.

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. pepper

Mix with water to make paste. Add to tomatoes. Boil 10 minutes. Put in jars.
