SALMON PATTIES 
2 c. salmon
1 sm. onion
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together; mix well. Mixture should be slightly moist and should hold together. If not, add another egg. Form patties and dip in flour; fry in medium hot skillet until golden brown on each side.
