SHRIMP MARINARA 
4 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. lemon juice
20 lg. shrimp
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. cooked pasta, spinach linguine is good

In a medium non-stick skillet, bring water and lemon juice to simmer. Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp is pink, about 5 minutes. Drain immediately in a colander. To the same skillet, add tomato sauce and gently heat until warm. Stir in shrimp and pasta. Pasta needs to be done separately. Makes 4 servings.
