SHRIMP SINIGANG 
1 lb. (16-20) shrimp
1 lg. onion, diced
3 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr tamarin soup mix
1 bndl. fresh spinach
6 c. water
1 tbsp. oil

Saute onion in oil, when half cooked, add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft. Add tamarin soup mix and water; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns orange, about 2-3 minutes. Add spinach remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Serve over or with rice. Serves 4.

Okay... All I can say is I'm Canadian... My g/f is a Filipino and I wanted to surprise her with a sea food dish because I'm allergic to seafood and can't eat it. But I know how much she longs for her sea food. So I made a lobster dinner w/ this as the side and she was blown away... She didn't believe I made it. Thought I bought it. So thank you this one did the job perfect. Highly recommended!! :-)
