1 yellow pepper, cut into strips 1 red pepper, cut into strips 1 head of cauliflower 1 bunch broccoli 3 stalks celery 1 pt. sour cream 1 green pepper, cut into strips 1 orange pepper, cut into strips 1 med. onion, diced 1 jar salsa 1 pkg. floured tortillas Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut peppers into strips, cut up remaining vegetables. Place vegetables in center of each tortilla. Then put on top of vegetables salsa or sour cream or use broth. Then fold tortilla. Put sour cream or salsa or both on top of tortillas. Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until tortillas are lightly brow. For chicken crepes to everything above and cut boneless chicken breast into strips. Brown chicken in a skillet until fully cooked then place chicken and vegetables in center of tortillas and finish making crepes as above. |
