CALZONE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in cup of warm water. Put in mixing bowl, add oil, salt, and sugar and blend. Then add the flour and beat 30 times and let sit for 5 minutes. Can be done in a food processor. Process in same order for 2 minutes. Flour a board and roll out dough as you would for pizza.

FILLING:

1 pkg. frozen spinach
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. Mortadella
1/4 lb. Muenster or Swiss

After you roll out dough, place filling all around as you would when you make a pizza. Then roll like a jelly roll. Tuck edges and brush with egg yolk. Bake on a cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
