BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. butter or Crisco
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. cooked, strained tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in fat and place in casserole. Mash garlic with salt. Cook garlic-salt mixture with onion in 1 tablespoon of fat until onion is transparent. Blend in flour. Add tomatoes, stirring constantly and heat to boiling point.

Remove from heat. Mix in sour cream gradually, stirring vigorously. Add Parmesan cheese and pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake about 45 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serves 4.
