CHERRY CHEESE BROWNIE BARS | |
1 (21.5 oz.) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix 2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling Hat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package except bake 20 minutes. Beat vanilla, egg, milk and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes. Cool 2 hours; spread with pie filling - cut into 1 1/2 or 2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator. 48 small or 24 large brownies. |
