CHERRY CHEESE BROWNIE BARS 
1 pkg. (21.5 ounces) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. ( 8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix ad directed on package except bake 20 minutes. Beat vanilla, egg, milk, and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes. Cool 2 hours, spread with pie filling. Cut into 1 1/2 or 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator 48 small or 24 large brownies.

High altitude:

Stir 2 tablespoons Gold Medal all purpose flour into brownie mix (dry). Increase first bake time to 25 minutes.
