PARTY POTATOES 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen

Combine soups, sour cream, salt and onions. Add frozen potatoes and mix thoroughly. Put in 12 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 to 10. If desired, cover top with grated cheese the last 10 to 15 minutes.
