CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
48 vanilla wafers
Pie filling cherry or blueberry

Mix in blender cream cheese, eggs and lemon juice. In a paper baking cup lined cupcake pans put a vanilla wafer, put 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool then spoon pie filling on top. Serves 24 to 48.
