ROBYN'S PASTA SALAD | |
2 pkgs. cheese tortellini, cooked according to pkg. directions but al dente 1 pkg. dry pasta vegetable spirals, cooked al dente 3/4 c. black olives, sliced thin, drained well 2 cans Green Giant red kidney beans, rinsed with cold water, drained well 1 med. red onion, sliced thin 1 lg. red pepper, thinly sliced 2 heads broccoli flowerets, steamed for 2 minutes plunged into ice water, drained and dried on towels DRESSING: 2 packages Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix made with corn oil and Progresso garlic vinegar according to package directions. When thoroughly mixed, sprinkle into dressing; one package garlic and herb Good Seasons dressing mix, dry. Mix well. Toss ingredients well. Pour over dressings, toss well. Stir several times after refrigeration. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 8 - 10 generously. |
