HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter (butter is better)
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Slowly add milk over medium heat; cook and stir until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
