ZIPPY BASTING SAUCE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper

Heat butter until amber in color; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
