MASTOCCLOLI SALAD | |
1 lb. macaroni springs 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. mustard, prepared 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. parsley 1 med. onion (cut sm.) 1 med. cucumber (unpeeled, cut sm.) Cook noodles until tender. Rinse and drain. Pour 1/2 cup oil over noodles. Mix until oil covers noodles. Add blended mixture and mix. Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated. |
