NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Thoroughly mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Beat eggs and stir in flour mixture and remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 pies. (Crust will form).
