CRANBERRY CAKE WITH BUTTER SAUCE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
3 c. raw cranberries

Mix cake ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with warm butter sauce.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cream

Boil 5 to 10 minutes.
