GAZPACHO DIP 
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives with liquid
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies with liquid
2-3 tomatoes, finely chopped
3-4 ripe avocados, diced

Blend oil and vinegar. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper. Stir. Mix with olives, green chilies, tomatoes and avocados. Chill for several hours for flavors to mix. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
