FRENCH MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. blade meat
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes, mashed
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. diced onion
1 prepared pie shell

Mix together pork, blade meat and ground beef. Brown meat mixture in skillet with onion, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. (Cook thoroughly). Cook potatoes and mash. Drain grease from meat mixture and add potatoes. Mix thoroughly. Put meat and potato mix in pie shell. Bake according to pie crust directions.
