CORN BREAD DUMPLINGS 
greens
2 c. yellow corn meal
1 chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
juice from greens pot

Cook your greens with water, seasoning, meat and jalapenos. Save broth. Mix the corn meal, green onion, salt and egg. Spoon in hot juice from greens pot. Make small balls to drop on greens.
