CINNAMON TWISTS 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 egg yolk
1/2 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter with flour; beat egg yolk into sour cream. Next combine flour mixture with egg mixture. Roll into ball and let chill for at least 1 1/2 hours in refrigerator. Cut dough in half and roll into a circle (16 inch diameter). Sprinkle dough with mixture made with sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Cut circle into 16 wedges and roll them from the edge to the middle. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
