Sm. amount leftover pie crust
Soft butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Roll out pie crust into a rectangle; crust should be about 1/4 inch thick. Spread soft butter over pie crust. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise to make a long cinnamon twist. Press along edge to seal. Cut twist into 1/2 inch pieces. Put in aluminum pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes or until crust is brown.
