CINNAMON TWISTS 
2 loaves very thin white bread
2 egg yolks
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Bread - Crust removed and flatten with rolling pin.

Mix until smooth. Spread each slice of bread and roll up. Melt 3/4 pound butter. Dip rolled bread in butter and then into cinnamon sugar (1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar). Freeze. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, strawberry jam or... alone!
