ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sherbet. Mix well. Refrigerate so that it partially sets. Add oranges, then fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill.
