CHEDDAR BAKED POTATO SLICES 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 med. baking potatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a small bowl combine soup, paprika, and pepper. Arrange sliced potatoes (1/4 inch) in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, spoon on soup mixture. Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes then uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
