ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines fudge cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. milk

Mix the marble cake mix according to the box directions (including greasing and lightly flouring the pan).

Before putting the cake into the oven, mix the following ingredients in a bowl: 2 lbs. Ricotta, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and the 1 tsp. vanilla.

Pour this mixture over the cake mix, then bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

When cake is baked and cooled, mix the following ingredients in a bowl: package of instant pudding, the 8 oz. container of Cool Whip and 1 cup of milk.

When this mixture is finished, use it to top the cake. Leave the cake in the pan and cut from the pan.
