BAJA-DERVES 
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained & rinsed
30-40 round tortilla chips

Or 1/2 cup cooked fresh shrimp, chopped.

Combine cheese, chilies, olives, onion and mayonnaise. Gently fold in shrimp. Arrange 20 tortilla chips on a 12" round microwave safe platter. Top each with a rounded teaspoon of mixture. Cook uncovered for 1 or 2 minutes on high power. Repeat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
