HOT DOG EXTRAVAGANZA 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 peppers, chopped (bell peppers)
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
8 hot dogs, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste

Heat oil in frying pan; add onion and peppers. Cook until slightly soft; add tomatoes and hot dogs. Add spices; simmer, cover the pan. Cook about 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
