CARAMEL PECAN SQUARES 
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1/4 c. butter
4 c. pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. honey or Karo syrup
1/4 c. whipping cream

Cut 1/4 cup butter into cake mix and press into cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (10x15 inch). Top with pecan halves.

In large heavy saucepan combine brown sugar, sugar, 1 cup butter and honey. Bring to full boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir whipping cream in until well blended. Pour evenly over pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly. Cool completely. Cut into squares or bars.
