CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese whiz
1/2 c. milk
7 oz. spaghetti, break into thirds
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked, drained
1 c. turkey or chicken, cooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, optional

Toss cooked spaghetti with butter. Add cheese whiz and milk. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot. Stir before serving.
