LUNCHBOX CAKE | |
2 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. soft butter 1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate and nuts, in a large mixing bowl. Blend 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts and bake 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares. |
