WHOLE WHEAT BUNS 
Dissolve 1/8 cup yeast (2 packages dry) in 3 cups warm water. Add 1/3 cup sugar, let all dissolve. Melt 1/3 cup butter. Beat 2 eggs into it with 1 teaspoon salt. Add to yeast mixture 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour; let sit 5 minutes. Then add 3 1/2 cups white flour (or more). Form into rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
