3 c. fruit (desired) peaches, blackberry, cherries, etc. 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. flour (self-rising) 1 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice Heat butter in deep pan. Mix sugar, flour and milk until blended well. Pour into pan, then pour fruit into this. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes, or until crust is brown. |
