EASY SWEET AND SPICY CHICKEN 
This simple marinade creates flavorful chicken that can be served hot or cold.

1 c. salsa or picante sauce
1/2 c. white zinfandel
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
2 whole fryers, cut into pieces

Mix salsa, wine, brown sugar, mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper in medium sized bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and place in a large shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, or until completely cooked, turning once halfway through baking time. Place chicken under the broiler for 3-5 minutes to complete browning.

Note: Add 1 can tomato sauce. Freezes well. Very good cold.
