BEEF STRIPS 'N' GRAVY | |
3 lbs. round steak, cut in strips 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. butter Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in skillet on high. Brown beef; add salt and pepper. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water. Simmer about 20 minutes. If it seems dry, add more water to keep a gravy sauce. |
