BEEF TOMATO 
1/2 lb. beef, cut into thin strips
2 lg. tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1 lg. onion, sliced

SAUCE:

1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. liquor

GRAVY:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. liquor
1/4 c. water

Marinate beef with sauce for 5-10 minutes. Pan fry gently for 1 minute. Remove from pan. Fry celery, onion and tomatoes. Add gravy. Mix and cook gently for 2 minutes. Add beef. Mix well and serve.
