MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE | |
1 jar marshmallow creme 1 sm. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.) 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. walnuts Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, marshmallow creme, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and salt. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat; remove from heat. Add and stir well (or until melted). Add chocolate chips, vanilla, and walnuts. Pour into buttered, greased pan (8 x 8 x 2 inch). Chill until firm. When ready to serve, cut into squares. |
