BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 onion, cooked in beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

TOPPING:

1/3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all of first ingredients together, place in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbles.
