MACARONI SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
3 c. tomato juice
2 carrots, sliced or grated
3 stems celery, chopped
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 qt. water

In large pan add water, ground beef, onion, carrots, celery, parsley and tomato juice. Boil. Stir in macaroni, add salt and pepper to taste. Add bouillon cubes and cook 30 minutes. May need more water. Stir occasionally.
