1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter and spread in bottom of 9"x13" pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of first mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
