COUNTRY IRISH POTATOES 
Potatoes
400 degree vegetable oil

Boil or microwave potatoes until done. Peel potatoes, cut any large potatoes in half. Heat oil in deep fryer to 400 degrees. Fry a few at a time in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Oil is so hot, potatoes crust over and do not absorb oil

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
