CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. chicken stewed (I use breasts so it will be only white meat)
2 c. chipped pecans (optional)
1/2 c. pineapple (crushed), drained and dried on a paper towel
1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix. Add as much mayonnaise as needed. Chill and serve on a peach or any fruit desired.
