CHINESE COLE SLAW 
1 can French green beans
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 1/2 c. diced celery
Sweet onions or scallions
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar

Let marinate for one hour. (Pour off liquids of canned vegetables.) Fresh bean sprouts can be used.
